Whilst some businesses do still have the luxury of an in-house product development team, others rely on the owner to come up with new ideas, but sooner or later success becomes harder to find.
I know, having been in (and organised) numerous brainstorming sessions over the years that the ideas can become a bit stale and you start to feel like you’ve seen them before.

What happens afterwards?
Once the concepts are handed over, you have a choice:

Go straight into research to identify and prioritise the best, using our online research partners. You can decide whether to use your current consumers or find some new ones.

Go into research using your own agency and consumer/target base.

Hang on to the ideas to add them to the NPD pipeline in future, doing the research work later.
Of course you don’t want to be left with a selection of great ideas and no way to implement them, so for businesses without in-house teams, or whose teams are just too busy to explore the concepts themselves, I have a ‘follow-on’ service that can take over the whole process through to launch if needed.
I use specialists in product development, formulation, testing and packaging to deliver the concepts on time and to high quality standards. I can even recommend manufacturers if that helps!

Day 1 is critical to success and I will ask you to provide detailed information on which I can base the strategic and creative development. To help you with this I will send a list of the items required in advance of a call. You should allow at least 2 hours for this call.

If there are any other individuals in your business that you feel could provide useful insights or information, please ask them to make themselves available to me as required.
